According to Tsinghua University library guidelines, SEM library is in charge of the dissertations database of SEM students.

1. SEM readers can request for dissertations in the dissertation room of SEM library.

2. Confidential dissertations can only be read with the written permission of the dissertation instructor.

3. Dissertations can only be read in the dissertation room.

4. Only dissertations with no confidential limits can be photocopied. No more than one-third pages should be photocopied from one single item.

5. Non-SEM readers can only request for international dissertations or dissertations with no confidential limits. They can only locate dissertations by giving the exact dissertation title. A recommendation letter and the ID certificate are required.
