As the Director of TUDSI, research areas expands to sports industry policies, sports consumption as well as sports service trade. Now she is also the consultant expert for China General Administration of Sports during Fourteenth Five-year.

Most academic journal papers are published in major core journals and also in international journals,such as Strategic Management Journal, Management and Organization Review, Journal of Business Ethics and Internaltional Journal of Conflict management etc.
Her articles in the field of sports industry are published in such key and core journals in the field as Sports Science, Journal of Beijing Sport University, China Sport Science and Technology, and she has published an article with a title of Make Fitness a Life Style on People’s Daily. She has published such translated books as Sports in Capitalist Society: A Short History, Performance at the Limit, Sports Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
She has been awarded many teaching award from Beijing,Tsinghua University as well as SEM for excellent teaching and Teaching Study, case development and Excellence teaching in EMBA and EE program etc. Her Strategic Human Resource Management course is one of the Elite Course of Tsinghua University. Besides the above awards in teaching related area, She has been named multiple times as Most Outstanding Faculty of Tsinghua University.
She also received National Award for Outstanding Contribution to Sports from General Administration of Sports in 2020.
