The future development of insurance industry has three new demands for education and training: the contents and methods should be internationalized; the contents should be more realistic and diverse; we should combine training specialized talents with complex talents, where the training of specialized talents should be emphasized.

For insurance training and education in the coming days, we should first build up a complete system of training and education. Secondly, we should enhance the research on the special disciplines of insurance education. Compared with that of developed countries, the higher education of insurance in China grows big, but we need some structural changes every now and then, and make full use of advantages in all aspects to supplement each other. Thirdly, we should enhance the communication and cooperation of training agencies, research agencies and corporations. Fourthly, we should reinforce the construction of insurance professional qualification authentication system. We have some authentication items now, but not too much, and they are not at all complete.
