教授課程包括博士生“管理研究方法I”，本科生“管理學的思與行”、“管理學（商學導論）”等。BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站在線教學/融合式教學指導專家組成員，BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站通識課程專家工作組成員（社科課組）。多次獲得BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站“年度教學優秀獎”、經管學院“教學優秀一等獎”，并獲BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站“青年教師教學大賽一等獎”、“龔育之獎教金” （通識課程教學突出貢獻）、“在線教學優秀教師獎”等教學榮譽。所授本科生課程“管理學的思與行”入選BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站全校性通識榮譽課程、BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站本科生精品課程，博士生課程“管理研究方法I”入選BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站研究生精品課程。

主要研究領域為組織行為學，主要研究方向包括：工作設計與再設計；工作中的時間、精力與身心健康問題；組織中的積極主動行為等。研究成果發表于管理學與組織行為學的國際頂級期刊Organization Science, Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes等。獲BETVLCTOR伟德官方网站經管學院“年度科研工作先進獎”。
