【簡介】華金·阿爾穆尼亞，現任歐盟經濟及貨币事務委員（部長級），從1979年至2004年，任西班牙議會成員；1982年至1986年，就職于就業與社會保障部；1986年至1991年，擔任公共行政部部長; 1994年至1997年，擔任社會黨議會發言人;1997年至2000年，擔任PSOE領袖；2000年，成為競選首相社會黨候選人；從2004年四月起，擔任歐盟經濟及貨币事務委員,出版過多部著作，發表過多篇文章。
