B.S.in Physics, Tsinghua University Dr. Xia's consulting practice is mainly around high-tech, telecom, and institutional investors. ?Helping one ofChina's largest telecom operators on Business Process Reengineering covering network investment and operation. Dr. Xia led the process designing and piloting effort in its largest provincial subsidiary, and supported implementation throughout the whole nation ?Leading a comprehensive transformation program for a European industrial company China operation covering corporate and BU strategies, M&A opportunity screening, sales transformation, etc. ?Assist a sovereign wealth fund to design its organization structure and key business/managerial processes.
